If your all total rank is 18K then you have some chance, as there are 11k vacancies for general, and among the 18k there will be around 9K other category people. :)

bhai various factors pe depend karega na...your choice, someone's else choices, itna technicality mein jaane ka matlab kya hai....tier 1 tier 2 ka funda mujhe samajh nahi aata, yeh logo ka banaya hua hai...
