Dhanyavad, 88 mile hai, waise maine ye decide kiya tha interview se pehle ke ek bhi word jhooth nahi bolunga, mere center pe bahut se log the jo already IT companies me work kar rahe the but they had decided to not to tell in interview, but i decided against telling lies. Because what i feel is when you speak lie , your expressions(facial and body language will change) . and interviewers are very experienced. They asked my CTC also I told correctly, they told me that you will be getting lesser in Banks, I told I only want respect , yaha IT engineer chahe 1lakh per month kamata ho par uski itni koi respect nahi hoti jitni hamare waha ek bank officer ki hoti hai...
So I think being honest worked in favour of me...
Kuch jyada hi lamba likh diya, please adjust bhailog...
