but aman in notification its mentioned that their are onli 11k unreserved seats. Out of these seats all the people in merit incl sc st obc will get seats, then how can i get a seat with this rank??? please explain

hota h hota h.. luck kharab hoto kuch b hota h. yaha 142 waale 65 overall le aye hain merit list me. sab kismat hai.
