i m from andhra pradesh... i dont have problem working anywhere ,.... as i m already working in MNC in pune....so dont have any language issues also....
dont want to let go the opportunity of getting into tier 1 banks.. jsut for the sake of home posting.... i would have choosen andhra bank instead but its a tier 2 bank....
Also the after 2 to 3 years i would get my region as they would ask preference atleast.. and competition to my south region is very less... as most of the ppl in banks like PNB/BOB will be from northern part....
