@mgl_neha 1.There are as such no tier 1 banks.The banks which r placed in tier 1 ex.BOB,PNB,BOI,UNION BANK OF INDIA(by candidates) are only because they have high asset quality,low NPAs,and there brand value only.
2.BOB,IDBI and BOM have 1 year probation period.And I don't think those banks having bond anyone of them have bond period of less than 2 years,some also have 3 year bond period lyk allahabd bank.
3.Promotion depends on ur capability and not on the size of banks(people think that smaller banks have faster promotion,its only a myth).U join in JMGS scale 1,u get promoted to scale 2 only if u pass all d exams in ur requisite probation period other u remain in scale 1 only.If u clear those two exams of JAIIB and CAIIB your chances of promotion increases.And these two exams are not conducted by banks but by a body called IBFS.

@mgl_neha Everything depends on the branch we get.The location of branch decides the work pressure and everything.Lucknow mein 1 branch hai hazratganj mein UCO bank ki wahan ka work pressure SBI k euivalent hai.So,atlast it depends on the location of the branch we get in.

bhai ye soab info kahan diya hua hai thoda btao mereko. baaki sab banks ke liye bhi check kar leta hun.
@daddykool haan bhai woh bhi bata hi raha tha but computer hang ho gaya. UIIC mein 4 year ka LOCK IN period hain. I didn't want to get stuck for 4 years isliye chod diya :)
