@shriyaa and other involved in this conversation......guys thats correct lets admit it......work environment is not dat good for girls (1 of my fren experienced it)......also one has full rights to go for any exam and join it or leave it it's democracy guys........everyone thinks of his/her bright future so we all strive for it and live for it.......everyone wants to make it BIG......question was should some one join some sector and then leave it or not......its upto his/her decision (its a free country)......another question is it morally correct to join and then switch???? i would say ki its competition everybody has equal chance and one has to earn it......you cant blame the person who is going to leave the job after getting it bcoz he too fought very hard for it and same would be applied to person who might have got the job instead of person who left incase he/she had not joined it........you defintely dnt want to give job just out of sympathy......if you are saying that he might have got job if this person(who left job) then you are running away from competition.....dats not the way you earn the job......let the deserving people come up......

@kajju okay... but PSB, OBC bi toh sabb bol rae hai gud fr delhi/ncr...reason m asking abt topbanks is : as ppl are speculating....ki bychance...agar waiting list mein pahuch gae toh fir top bank preference kaam aaegi (if some ppl leave pnb/bob etc)... although in ur case and mine hum waiting list mein ja hi nai sakte... ur rank might be in 6000, mine kafi zada 9000... but analyzing cuzz this rank is not absolutely correct....

What I said in my first post is the present condition of the Banking Sector, that how people join it then cry and leave it because they don't want to tackle things but want a soft cushion for everything. Now my this comment did not need any counter comments because It is actually the present condition of PO's and they know it very well before opting it and then joining it. Now some people came up with another job talk which wasn't necessary and out of context. So as a dear friend I would say, you don't had to write this long post wasting your precious energy and stretching this topic further. :)
@nehaj1947 nahi yr now they will most probably be going to release merit list of combined marks (written + interview)......vaise wait for official notice yet to come on 16th....
