@daddykool uco mein there is an option to take leased accomodation(taxable) or hra!
in metros etc people take leased.... in rural/semi urban they go for hra

There is nothing as a tier 2/tier 3 bank..
One simple example...Govt. of India holds 80% in United bank of India and that would ideally translate to more job security and lesser work pressure as Govt. only holds around 51-57% in the other public sector banks and thus ideally United bank should be considered a tier 1 bank.
On the flip-side, the bank's profit plunged 81% on a year on year basis for the last quarter...by that account it is a tier 3 bank.
Moral of the story : Candidates are speculating about these tiers based on their assumptions and no one has a clue

@SinhaSaahab first ibps is d foolish organisation they dont know how to secure their data den y they r maintaining such a big org...
the banks should declare their individual elligibilty criteria before 20th feb'2013.... it will help the candidates to prepare the list banks according to their preference....
