@kajju At the time of accepting the offer from bank of india. you have to produce all your documents along with the bond, before joining for training.

@daddykool sir...As per the interview notification mere qualifying in written+interview won't guarantee any candidate a job...that means history z gonna repeat itself once again like previous year....but difference would b like in previous year they were qualified in only written (couldn't get any interview call because of multiple selection) & this year qualified in both written+interview will be left jobless...wat's ur take on this...

btw , who's sir ? :O... I hope everybody gets selected, but we know that that won't happen. At least everybody has his share of a deserving shot at the interview. Selected or not they will take the experience for good and bounce back next time with a bang. At least same people will not be selected in every bank and also no extra moolah lost . :)

1. there will not be multiple selection
2. more no. of chances to be selected(as there will be no multiple selection)
3. clear cut picture, about our all over india ranking ...
