@ daddy cool,kajju and all....plz help ...are there any banks which didnt have bond or probation period is for few months........... i have worked hard for this job ....n being a gal its difficult for me 2 sign a bond of 2 or 3 years......... dont want 2 leave the chance...........

@maverick.ashu someone told me in this thread that my overall rank is 14000..& gen cat rank 9300...if it is true then how much chances?
the ranks vary from site to site...so don't rely on this as ibps itself has not yet disclose any kind of ranking list....so don't stress urself by going through these rankings and all
