GUys pls hlp me out .... have scored 178 in written and the INTERVIEW was just average ... SCARED ... can anyone tell me what is the min marks they are giving in the interview and what is the weightage of written and interview.

@Nickraksha dont worry be optimistic.......u hv chances bcoz according to unofficial ranking, out of 15000 gen + 2000 resrv candidates are above you n u know well that about 8000 hv nt appeared in ci as already selected in ibps po 1 so if 4000 are gen out of 8000 then ur ranking will be 15000+2000-4000=13000......n p chidambram said in nov that vacancies are 22k for po 2 moreover he has said in nov to banks for opening more branches in rural areas so i think it will be around 26k to 30 k............so frnd according to ur ranking if vacancies will be 25k+ then definietly u hv gud chances so dnt be sad........be ready to face each situation wid positive approach......

Dosto aaj mera Railway ka SSE ka result aa gaya and unfortunately , I didnt get selected. Kismat hi kharab chal rahi hai

@Nickraksha yr be optimistic chances jada h ki is baar vacancies jada hongi as 22k already said by p chid.. n due to rapid expansion plan of banking to rural areas will add some more vacancies moreover manipal vacancies of bob, pnb, andhra etc plus private banks lyk federal, karur vysya, etc are also their so the overall vacancy will surely cross the 25k.............

One more motivating fact last season in the start no one below 166 got even a call but right now i knw ppls with 160- and 3 offer letter in hand so u can guess how many got multiple offer were there last time this time with common interview u stand a chance just be Optimistic

@Nickraksha abhi tak bob manipal ka alag se exam hota tha bt this tym their are chances that they will take from ibps.....its gud bcoz u get placed in a bob branch after 9 months training n ur course fee is deducted from ur salary....u get 25k per month after deduction n after completion of 5 years u get about 4 lacs lump sum.......the only limitation is that u cant leave otherwise u hv to pay bond amount of 3 lacs approx......

interview ya written me nahi hua?...
