Yup And I beleive anyone over 145 in General is having fare enough chance... as I mentained that vacancy should not be less than 20k...I guess It should be out by 11-12... Guys , mere interview me unhone mujhse poocha tha ki are u satisfied with your current job , to i told that yes sir i am satisfied .Kya mujhe fail/minimum marks de denge?? i thought not to complain about the employer as it puts a wrong impression.
@daddykool guys i m in tension..... can anybody tell in which situation board fails a candidate in interview.... kindly reply guys..... if out of 10 somebody gave 5 answers wrong then what is the probability of getting him failed /rejected in interview

They are keeping that option so that If someone shows aggressive behaviour in Interview Indicating that he is not mentally balanced to handle the case.... I dont think any one will fail... they will give marks and will let their written and CI decide their fate rather than writing them off by themselves.... chill dude!
@raghu00 i dn't think ki vo tumhe fail kar denge.....the question dat they asked you is very trickier one....as if u have said ki yes dats y i am here than that would be a more honest answer to them......but dat would have lead to other cross questioning.....your answer is gud it can be best if you have elaborated a bit more on y you are trying to enter bank even if you are satisfied with job.....
above all doesn't matter now.......on 1 question interview result is never decided.....
@daddykool dear kindly today i visited mahindra in my city... the bm told me that one of the ibps member came to mahindra to chak out the design of the interviews... the BM of mahindra said ki is baar unhone fail bi karna hai candidates ko interviews main...i m very nervous ...coz my interview was average...or i can say it was not good.... anybody have any idea.....kindly share
Now IBPS members are coming to Mahendras to check the design of interviews??? Most Rubbish news I have ever heard. Ignore it.
Bilkul apt jawab tha bhai... shows u r posetive... they dont like people cribbing and looking for PO cuz they dont have any other option... and its quite normal... think it like... Koi ladki kisi aise ladke ko jyada pasand karegi jiske peeche bhot sari ladkiya toh hai but fir v wo usi ke paas aana chah ra ho... 😃 Bole toh PO apna choice hai re lack of an option nahi hai... 😃 banki HR wale technically jyada samjha sakte hai... 😁

MAHENDRA ke log students ko attract karne ke liye pure plans bana rahe hain. or kamal ki baat ye hai ke bache unki bato me aa b rahe hain. hahaha
