Hello everyone. I am writing this post for the candidate s who are preparing for interview. Let me introduce my self, I am working in PNB as scale 1 officer selected last year. I have very limited knowledge but there are some tips I would like to share. First of all interview guidance programs are not needed if you have faced any interview in your life because basically they test your confidence. Interview depends very much on luck in IBPS atleast. But do prepare diligently because they ask you simple questions and you should be able to answer that. They sometimes test your presence of mind so be relaxed because your mind works best when you are relaxed. For those who are attending interview for first time in their life, attending a interview course is not a bad idea. Now I want to talk about an important issue of gap after study. Most of us have gap period of 1 to 2 years. Some of you may have gap of 3 or more years. Do not worry. It is an important issue and can be dealt with if you think properly. I have felt from my previous experiences of interviews that the panel dosent want to hear that sir I was preparing for the past two years or so. People with gap of one year can say this but if you have more gap then please don't say this. Although there is cut throat competition and lack of job opportunities but the perceive it as you were sitting idle wasting your parents money. Always say that you were doing something along with your preparation. You can also say that you were doing part time job. Just think and get some idea. If you are lying then do proper research so that you don't get caught otherwise it will have negative impact. Last suggestion do not think that you have scored less and will not make it to the final list. Give your best and hope for the best. Nobody knows what will happen in future. Good luck for interview s.
