PG is like a family to me 😘. Jab saala mood kharaab hota hai tab yahaan logon aise posts dekhke Dil hasne lagta hai😂😂😂. Dil halka ho jaata hai. Aur jab mood achha hota hai, tab kisika dukh se bharaa post padhke lagta hai ki Yaar, iska/ iski toh haalat Apne se bhi kharaab hai. Virtual hi Sahi par yahaan vo baatein bhi comment kar deta hu Jo Andar hi Andar chal rhi hoti hai. I don't know if this post means anything to people present here but sometimes writing helps, it helps.Damn. Job lagegi, ekdin ye PG Ka real feel Kam ho jaega par Kabhi yahaan ki 'commonness' nhi jaegi, never. 'Thread' is what we call- The header says it all I suppose🙏. Happy to be a part of this family.😃

Maine ab Apne failures count krne shuru kr diye. Kyunki mujhe ab kuch smaj aa gya hai ki kya logic hai. 45 sbjct pde graduation ke time ek me bhi nhi Atka. To bagwaan bhi gin gin ke badla le rha hai. Jb TK overall 45 exams me fail nhi hota tb tk success nhi milegi. To increase Ur success rate double Ur failure rate.
We should complain against this Manipal way of recruitment rather than 60% criteria.we are paying money to Ibps for the same bank and after some time we are again paying money to the respective banks individually.they are befooling the student and are playing with our career.

I was just wading through the Canara-PGDBF Notification wherein the new weightage formula of Interview/GD: Written exam is mentioned. It is 50:50. Essentially, Written Exam is as good as a qualifying-only exam. They want to select candidates who they think are suited for Banking and are likely to stay in Banking. This was not feasible in the CWE regime. I think people with commercial degree have an even greater edge over their competitors.
