Since Bank rate and MSF is same at current, I believe any bank should prefer bank rate(long term ,no mortgage/collateral) than MSF (taking a part of SLR). Then what's the need of keeping them same??
Plz correct me if I am wrong(which is certainly possible here) and put forth your suggestions.
