Guys, I have qualified under SC category, in call later, does it mean I didn't clear general cutoff? or is it how they do everytime wrt all categories?

Koi mila jo qualified under general ho. Yaha itne log hai but kisi k admit pe ye nahi likha. That means jo jis category me hai wo hi waha likha hua hai.
Kya marks ke according interview dates decide hoti h???
