Hi all, While the process for IBPS PO VII was going on, i had moved to a new place, same city though. I have mentioned my previous address in the application form. I know no changes can he made in the form, but can it be changed with the bank in case I get selected ? Need genuine answers. Thanks

Those who are confused regarding the news published in Newspaper regarding 'Court issuing notices to the Respondents and asking them to Submit their Counter memorial by 16th April 2018 is absolutely correct. Actually Students first filed a civil writ before Single Judge of Hon'ble Court but it got dismissed as Court found the Writ Sans-merit. Now after this Students Decided to File Appeal against the order of Hon'ble Single Judge of Delhi HC before Division Bench of Court. They Filed appeal in the form of 'Letters Patent Appeal aka LPA bearing no. 10/2018. It was listed before the Division bench of Delhi HC on 8th January 2018. And Court after considering the Submissions advanced by the Appealants Ordered them to file their counter affidavit before 16-04-2018. Court also slammed them and said 'That Criteria of Selection especially the Cut off Criteria can not be changed after the exam as it violates the Order of Hon'ble Apex Court which says that 'Minimum Qualifying Criteria must be there for exams involving selection for Government jobs.' Bench also ordered them that All the students who are Recruited into service even after getting Zero in Any Subject are in service only if the Court rules in their favor. ' I am also an Advocate practicising in Meerut. My Senior Advocate Mr. Shergill has filled this Writ before court. Case Details are - LPA 10/2018 Prashant Pranav and Anr. Vs Union of India.

This post is w.r.t The ongoing discussion about SBI PO 2017 marks and selection process.
I would strongly recommend that dont get excited over these discussions and keep ur head down and focus on upcoming exams.
However, I am sharing some of my thought process, so that u can minimise your effort and maximise your efficiency in terms of reforming the selction process in Banking Exams. Becasue discussing about this case is a waste of time but acting swiftly might give some results.
All the suggestions would be about capitalising on the information thro RTI and channelising it to those who are fighting this case in due time.
Suggestions w.r.t Seeking RTI Infos of Finally Selected Candidates:
1. Ask for the "Zero Scorers" in all the sectionals.
2. Ask that how many of those in the final merit list have got "Zero" in more than one subject/sectional ?
3. What was the sectional attempt of those obtaining "Zero" Marks ?
4. How many of the selected students would have got "Negative Marks" in their raw score ?
5. Since the paper was set with 3 hours, 200 marks and with 155 qs, can SBI produce even a single candiadate who would have scored 100% marks in such exam?
Question No 1 & 2 are self explanatory.
Question No 3 & 4 will give u data that if the raw scores would have been applied, then the final merit list for interview was rigged and the scores of selected candidates would have came down probable pushing them out. So, the entire list needs to be prepared again.
Question No 5 will give u a standpoint on why there should be a re-exam because every stage can not be eliminetry. Mains was supposed to be about "selecting" candidates. (Though I think its a long shot).
However, I would strongly recommend that dont get excited over these discussions and keep ur head down and focus on upcoming exams.
Note: I didnt appeared in SBI so I cant be a part of this exercise. Its just a suggestion from my end.
