mene jitne bhi interviews face kiye h av tak ya fir jitne interviews experiences padha hai usse ek hi conclusion nikala hu ki interviews and particularly banking interviews me sbse important chij hai clarity of thoughts.
jitne bhi usual HR questions hain usme ye clarity hi check hti hai and ye clarity genuine ho to nothing like that par ye fake bhi kiya jaa skta hai..par agar aapke career ya life decisions me unko lack of clarity dikhi to no matter kitni bhi angrezi ke aad me answer ko sugar coat kro, marks katenge hi.
so jitne bhi quetsions hain "why banking as career", "engg ke bad banking kyun", your strength and weakness, "tmhara grad kese help karega banking me" types...usme ye clarity hi sbse fundamental chij hai..sbse basic underlying purpose yahi h inn interviews ka...bhut logo ko ye already pata hi rhta h par incorporate ni kr paate shyd is bar kosis kriye sb log.
