To all those confused about the state to opt for in IBPS Clerk. Most Hindi-speaking states are geographically contiguous. They find an equilibrium because of the migration. You won't find a huge difference in cut-offs of these states. So, the Hindi-speaking states with the lowest cut-offs won't necessarily be the ones with the highest no. of seats but likely the ones with the least amount of influx.
