My written scrore in ibps po is 76. My interview is good. What are my chances of selection? My first preference is BOB and PNB? What will be the cut off for general? Plzz Coment Plzz------

Guys, how will the results b announced for the IBPS po 3. I mean will they mention the branch name and the bank to report to or something else. just curious. 😃
Guys .. will they only come up with total marks or will they give us the bank name as well for which we are allotted ?

Little disappointed with my interview, thought to roam somewhere alone. As the auto has dropped me to Noida sector 16, thought to visit sector 16A. Yes the film city. Took another auto and went there. I was standing near the Marwah Films Studio when a guard asked me “where”? Before I could speak another one asked in bhojpuri accent “audition”? I just nodded my head. He told me to go straight then right and second left. Quite a people were gathered there in queue, I joined them too. Got a form, filled it and when I was submitting it, I was asked for portfolio. I was like what, “your portfolio!! PHOTO” he cried out. I told him I have none, he asked me to deposit it ASAP after the audition and murmured, ”where these idiots come from”.
I definitely looked like an idiot there in a suit where others were so funky and good looking. Anyways my turn came I went inside a room (it was more like a hall) a desk where two people were sitting and a big camera was also there. Cameraman was behind the camera so couldn't see him. The two who were sitting beside the desk were looking through my form. “Hmm no portfolio, it's okay, why you holding your bag? Keep it there and stand in front of camera not us”. I received some sort of pamphlet, before I could read it the lady on the desk said,”it's your dialogue go through this, you have 2 minutes” and I just nodded nervously. It was a scene where a boy was arguing with his dad for the girl he loved (seems so typical). After two minutes I was called and asked to perform. I was just about to start when she said, “in front of camera not us”.
A bit nervous, I was trying to start but have already forgotten everything was standing like a dumb there. One of them was saying to another “where these guys come from, they think it's so easy to act. Idiots waste our time”. “Assholes” he murmured. They asked me to leave, but this time I asked them to give me one more chance. I wanted to prove what this so called ******* can do. I took a deep breath and looked at camera and shouted, “Dad I love this girl what is wrong in it? What do you mean by that what others will say? Why have you changed dad? When I was young you were ready to fight with them if they did think anything bad about me, what happened now? Where is the love gone? Have you started loving them more than me?......... stop dad I just said STOP….. (now my face trembling) I can't hear a thing about her. I love her and I do want you to accept it otherwise am left with no choice. And you yourself will be the reason for this and stay be happy with your so called bloody society”. Still my face trembling I faced them and all of the three started clapping. Suddenly the lady asked, can you kiss onscreen”? I was like yeah I can do that. She called a girl and told to kiss. I was startled at that time, I didn't thought she was so serious.
I went near that girl and asked her, “do you have any lip balm or something”? “No, but I do have lip gloss” smiling wickedly she said. “It will do” I said. She handed me her lip gloss along with a pack of orbit. I took three tablets from it and started chewing and applying lip gloss while she looked at me with awe. And then we were asked to kiss, I threw my chewing gum. I started going near her while constantly looking in her eyes. Now I was standing just in front of her looking deeper in her eyes. Breathing little heavily, looking at her lips could feel her breath. Touched her upper lip with mine but slipped and sighed nervously. Closed my eyes and touched her lips again, my lips were trembling now. While we were kissing she was holding me tight by wrapping her arms around my neck and on other hand my left hand was on her waist and with right hand was caressing her hair while thumb feeling the smoothness of her cheeks. “CUT” came the voice. Stopped kissing and stepped back but eyes still closed and was breathing heavily. Opened my eyes but couldn't look at her, maybe it was just a scene but for me it was something emotional. Tried to look at her but could see her only till her lips couldn't look in her eyes, though her lips were redder now than earlier before I had kissed her.
After waiting for an hour in auditorium came the result. Three of them were selected including the girl I kissed. Gained some courage went up to her shook her hand congratulated her. And I was on way to door when someone called my name loudly, I turned back it was the same lady who took the audition. “You didn't suit the characters we needed but we may have a character that suits you, can we talk”? I started walking towards her when that girl came to congratulate me but I don't know what happened I grabbed her by arms and lifted her in air, realizing I slowly put her down conveying my apology by my eyes and biting my lips with little embarrassment. And I started walking again when she tapped on my shoulder and I turned back and
Damn it, am day dreaming again standing in washroom of Noida sec 16 metro station.
How many of you guys/girls missed IBPS PO 3 interview for any reason or those who are not joining due to selection in other exams/CAT etc....

My Interview was at BOI Training Institute,Noida Sec-62,Panel-X,Reporting time-8.30 am.Reached venue at time,Document verification started at 9.15 am. Verification members were supportive & helpful.General Discussion like Whose mind work faster than computer,country got independence on 15th August other than India etc.
I came to know from verification team that out of 25 people 2-3 People are absent/rejected during verification process.
After Verification we were asked to sit in the hall.Then they asked 3 people to come from panel X & I proceeded for the Interview.Got feedback from earlier candidates that they are asking basic Q's.Now Came my term.Entered the interview room with May I come in sir & wishing the panel members(1 gentleman in 60's,1 in 40's & 2 in 50's.They asked me to have a sit. Started with 1.Introduction,Interrupted in between as I had highlighted my native place as historical city,Q about it.
2. Tell about Bihar-Jharkhand division?was Bihar at loss-I said yes n division can not be the solution.
3.Tell about Magadh Empire-Answered satisfactorily.
4.Specialization in Graduation-Zoology,why not medical? I tried sir but couldn't make it.
5.Youngest Member-Tell about Positioning,Marketing segmentation,Targeting,Branding-Answered by using Natraj Pencil for Branding.
6.About job profile in 1st Job.Current Role in Times of India(as I m working there),Role of Media,are they paid/sold?Should there be any regulation to control-I said there should not be any law but media should have self control n do not enter in person life of any person.Why Times of India targeting corporate people not nurse or common man-I said regarding revenues are generated through advertisement.So,they need to target corporate people..
