With frequent transfers, less salary , more work pressure and working hours (according to many ) why are people leaving IT jobs for a Bank PO? Is Job security the only concern? please highlight all the IT guys coz I have also appeared for IBPS PO and also will try to get back to IT as I took a career break to prepare for UPSC exams(which i didnt clear and dont want to attempt again).
If we dedicate 6 months of our valuable time for preparing IBPS PO,SBI PO,RRB PO,IBPS Clerk (exam and interview) then v can crack the bank exams?????????? and get a bank job and feel secured for your futureπΌπ

Eagerly waiting for th result...got 78 gen, intrve went fine...although we cannot assume anything until results are out as this year's process is absolutely different

"In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, merit order is decided as per date of birth (the candidate senior in age is placed before the candidate junior in age)." - IBPS.
As hundreds of candidates will gonna be on same scores this year.
Do u all agree with this method of ranking ?
If not, then wt could be more better solution to resolve this?
Personal opinion is that age could come as second method & interview scores should be considered at first place.
Also 80:20 should be 70:30.....wt say Puys??????
