Nothing could be said just by seeing written marks. this time interview marks will really matter a lot. proportion of interview is 1/3rd this time. for scorer in written above 90 no problem, they need to just clear the interview but below that interview will count to cross cut off.

Puys, If IBPS decided to give interview marks by PaGaLGuy Karmascores means ????

That is ; (Karma scores / all posts) + "10" = ??? ( 10 is minimum marks and common for all puys 👼 )
For example: I got 73 karmascores for 20 posts ( dont include this post p )
So, 73/20 = 3.65 + 10 = 13.65 😲😃👍


Who will get 1st mark?? Reply soon..
and one who got more than 20 is out of race 😁

In all fairness to every applicant, IBPS panelist should neither ask for scores nor should have any info about it. They should judge every individual purely on content and expression. Knowledge of score may influence and cloud their judgement.
