present da 96.15% h...isme se 60.15% ko basic mei jod denge so new basic will be=27900
now new da= 96.15-60.15 = 36% therefore da = 36% of 27900 = 10044
so NEW BASIC+ DA= 27900+ 10044 =37944
now hra will be= 10% of 27900= 2790..
.so total jo ki minimum har bank dega= 37944+ 2790= 40734
deductions: nps contribution will be= 3795
pf= 2790so net jo har bank dega= 40734-3795-2790=34149
