hii everyone.....i hav a query...i hv'nt applied in aryavart gramin bank n my marks r below the cutoff marks...mujhe 2nd round me fir se apply krne milega kya? or i missed it??
Guys literally allotment of IBPS PO III can be done even in feb coz 3rd round allotment has recently been done for IBPS PO II Candidates though i guess allotment will be in March end, i am pasting the words from allotment notification of IBPS PO II.
"Vacancies remaining unfilled on account of candidates declining an offer/ additional vacancies in any
Participating organisation, will be filled from among the remaining candidates, through subsequent
iterations. A waitlist will be prepared from among the remaining successful candidates which will be
valid upto 31.03.2014 or allotment of the next round whichever is earlier. "

i have a query ,,,mere 83 marks hey ibps po main agar first allotment main bank mil jaata hai,,,,,ayr baad main dusra allotment hota hai to kya 2nd allotment main mujhe dobara koi bank milega ya phir unhi ko bank milega jinhe first allotment main nahi mila tha? puchna bas itna hai bank change karne ka chance milega ya nahi after 1st allotment? a query to pguys whose friends have passed po 2 exam before,,,,,,please respond
An interesting point I came to know today (may be you know it in advance):
In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, merit order is decided as per date of birth (the candidate senior in age is placed before the candidate junior in age). πππ

You guys are predicting that the overall cutoff difference between OBC and general category between a range of 2-4 marks β¬Ε but IBPS wale has given difference in written cutoff by just 1 mark. According to you guys β¬Εinterview cutoff for general and OBC candidate may vary between 10-25 marks in Interview??

i wish ibps continues to recruit for banks for next 10 years (or till whatever time banking is not saturated). they are doing great work. by mid feb this year they will successfully complete 4 common interviews(po2+clerk2+po3+clerk3) in just short span of 13 months.
ibps gave/will give job to atleast 1,20,000 people(even more ) through these 4 bulk recruitment.
still it is sad to see people talking s**t about ibps. kabhi kabhi mujhe darr lagta hai ki itni negativity ke karan ibps band na ho jaye. some of the points that people raise on various forums & facebook pages are:
1.ibps is a big conspirator.They take money & allot banks. what a joke!!!!!
2. ibps is cheater & not transparent. a lot of people(waiting candidates)
have filled pil & sitting on dharna in front of rbi & finance ministry. kahin ye dharne/pil po3 clerk 3 ka process derail na kar de!!!!
3.many have this view that individual bank recruitment was much better. they should realise that common interview is relatively easier than individual recruitment.
