Guys, the panel asked me y did i quit my job. i told that i took a career break to prepare for upsc exams. will this create a negative impact as i was reading in a blog that this type of answer shud not b told since it shows that UPSC nahi hua toh banking mein aa raha hai. please comment.

IBPS me undertaking form fill kiya tha maine , because not provide as given OC-format given by ibps, now when i meet cmo then he say that--- beta job ke hisab se cartificate issue nahi hote hai ye koi 0bc ya sc/st ka certy nahi hai , aapki problem fix hai (mean not improve in your physical problm) so ek baar certi issue hoga, aur aap kal kisi aur ki format (i think unka matlab ssc, aur govt job ki taraf tha.) le ke auoge to kya main yahi banata rahunga. ye consider ho jayega no problem. bhai ab main kya karoooooo.

and those post having grade pay comes under Central Pay commissions or not???

The Government may infuse second round of capital into banks in February based on retail lending performance of banks.
Rajiv Takru, Financial Services Secretary, said, "Depending on bank performance in the schemes up to January 31, 2014, the Government will look to infuse additional funds into banks."
In the Union Budget in 2013, the Government had earmarked Rs 14,000 crore for capital infusion into banks.
Since the Government is the majority shareholder in almost all public sector banks, it infuses a certain amount of funds into banks every year.
If the Government infuses any additional amount into banks in February, it will be over and above the Rs 14,000 crore it has already infused earlier this year.
Takru, however, did not say how much the Government has earmarked for the second round of capital infusion.
