ACCORDING TO RBI PRUDENTIAL NORMS
1. Banks are allowed to lend a max of 50% of their capital fund on any day during a fortnight
2. Borrowings by scheduled commercial banks should not exceed 100% of their capital fund.
3. Banks are allowed to borrow a max of 125% of their capital fund in any day during a fortnight.
4. Banks are allowed to lend a max of 25% of their capital fund on a fortnightly basis.

Awesome Feedback Report I must say. Everything. From national percentile to time spent on each section , even on each question, Accuracy percentage, Difficulty level for each question... Do attempt it guys. Awesome mix of questions. GK is current and Banking focused. Almost like the real IBPS.
Just one problem, 'Next' button is too far after marking correct choice as compared to IBPS . But there is answer sheet (like OMR sheet) at right scroll bar... click on that , mark answers there and click on next question number in the same answer sheet to navigate. By that way its easier than IBPS.
How much percent more than cost price shud a shop kpr mark his goods, so that after allowing a discount of 12.5% he should have a gain of 5% on his outlay? Any short approach to such types...?

It's a distant education program by Kuvempu University and NIIT centres. Wasted most of my time not studying, my career will start in a pathetic way. There's no excuse, just a sense of guilt and lack of satisfaction on my mind every day. I guess the important thing is that I have realized my blunders now and am more than ready to work hard. I do not want a terrible job and low salaries, which is the only thing I'll get if currently I try to get employed. I need advice on what I should pursue next to make a good career.
I don't just have to be working in the IT sector. I can consider other options too- whichever gives me a good start for my future. My father suggests that I should take the test for bank P.O post. Another option is preparing for MBA entrance exams. I have a 3 years degree, so my course isn't even recognized abroad and so I can't take the GRE. Is there a way around this and can I get admissions in colleges outside of India through GRE? Please feel free to suggest any other career paths. I'd be grateful if you can also provide me helpful links related to study materials for the exams that you think I should take.
Also I'd like to know pros and cons of government and private sector jobs.
