IT officer RRB scale 2 . Cutoff is 83.5 General category. Total seats = 120apx . Safe side score ...Any idea Guyss???

People say in interviews, rarely a candidate is made to fail. Passing marks interview is 40.. and also dey say that max marks given in interview is 60.. Den wats the use of taking interviews? Blindly give 40-60 to the candidates.. 20% weigtage of 40-60 marks rarely make a difference :(
