Ya it was the reason.But in that case, that guy was having 32 manths and he was not going to complete 3 yrs before joining.
But in this case, 35 months and completing 3 by 2nd march , so thy ll consider for sure , if he will fit into the requiement.

Somebody said here,"they are going to consider package as criteria.In that case ,I am sure shot out because my package is 4.75 only.

guys...there's no salary constraint here... as icici did not ask for ctc letter from the previous employer..it just asked for some proof of employment...

Can you share your profile like work ex , academics, GMAT score?
Did you post your interview experience anywhere?
May be off topic but still useful for everyone over here.
Also I think you should join ISB even if u get selected for ICICI. You will have a lot more advantages with MBA from ISB than narrowing your options by joining ICICI. With ICICI you are type casted to banking industry. ISB degree has in house and global recognition too.
No offence meant to puys who are very patiently waiting for ICICI result(including me)! I feel you cannot really compare the ISB program and ICICI! the kind of learning you will get from an ISB classroom is far more superior than any other course without any debate. Also the alumni strength of ISB would beat any other institute in India, it is actually comparable to Kellogs USA and the likes

Dude I was in a similar scenario till a few days back ... but got a ding so not spoilt for choices like u.
But u cant compare ISB to this programme, its anyday miles ahead. So all the best and have fun at ISB.

Last time (April batch) result come on SAT..may be this time also come on SAT..i don't think they going to work on Sunday just for result....either today or on Monday!!

Neither Saturday nor Monday .. Its only Sunday for sure...
Just Speak to ICICI HR again (yesterday also I called) . They intimate me results will be out only on Sunday around 3 PM. Selected candidate will receive mails .
Re- confirmed no chances today.
Pray to god that 2marrow all of us receive mail from them.
