Oh ok..it might be they were taking ur stress interview thats y they laughed..I dnt think many ppl who aaplied are interested in banking...it's all about money 15 lacs and also MBA degree at cheaper price :))) ..I bet 90% guys dnt read Eco times


i know i thought of saying the same thing to the panel but thought it wouldn't be good as i am too one of others...

Well it's gud u didn't said tht as I cud have been negative point for you.nw just wait for the result..but I think success percentage is like 1 person out of 10 ppl..so competion is pretty tough one

Well ya that's the pt but then as one person already this is not the end..and also in my view worrying so much will nt give I seat in the program...soo just chill out n enjoy... ;)) everything happens for the good dude

My personal Interview was for about 45 mins .....

Being an automobile Engineer they asked me the kind of work I do and I explained to them clearly.....

They asked me question about bank repo rates , inflation , GDP , Effect of Diesel deregularization , RBI role in Indian finance sector , etc etc ....

Just wanted to share what all happened in the interview room .

Its 100% sure that result is coming tommorow. Just called HR. They said for selected candidates, mails will be going. For those not selected, they will be calling them individually.

But actually dat is bad Puys....u will c call from mumbai then if they say thet U R NOT !@#$%^&.............isse bura kuch nhi ho sakta, unhe ulta karna chahiye tha....

I have an admit from ISB- Hyderabad. I interviewed in Kolkata for ICICI Business Leadership program. Waiting for results. Both the programs have their advantages. What are your thoughts, what would you choose between the 2 and why ?

hey puys i have done some research on the selection process by ICICI... i guess they will select guess who have more than 5 yrs exp and who will turn 30 yrs or more in the next couple of yrs in the program becos ICICI need managers who are around 32 yrs of age.. so guys with min exp(like 3 yrs) even if we meet the criteria and young ,i.e, around 26 or 27 like me might not get selected..

If you look at last year OCT batch ave work ex was around 3.5. We really don't know exact selection criteria. So just chill..One more sleepless night.

but i spoke to one of the guys from the first batch and he said that most of the guys had more than 4.5 yrs exp while joining...this is just my analysis.. sharing with all of u.. don't take it seriously..

friend, its not like that , i am with icici bank. if u have met the eligibility criteria, then u have a equal chance. Selection pattern: combination of work ex, written score, GD PI performance, relocation ability, etc..

Absolutely man...they shd nt give bad news by calling individually...mailing will b fine..
Calling and giving good news will be fine 😃
