Q. Will ICICI bank absorb all the candidates after the successful completion of the course?
Q. In the bond agreement is there any clause like you cannot join any other Banking and Finance firms for 3 /5 years after quitting ICICI.

1. Yes they do absorb all candidates after successful completion of course (Provided u pass all exams) 2. I haven't seen any such clause in the bond agreement. 3. They do consider ur preferences but it also depends upon ur specialization. (Eg. If we get risk then Mumbai is only available location, like wise if IT then hyderabad/ Mumbai. The options for other locations is availble if we get Corporate Banking)

robin08 you should have asked the caller this question. Although the process is on may be they have missed you, but even then what's the purpose of asking for CV. You should send the asked document and along with that can call them and ask for purpose.:biggrin:
I too done with the documents, also received a call from Carol asking for same. And for my surprise today i received a "MBA application form of NU" along with campus arrival and registration news letter. Does anybody got the same??

Even i recieved a "MBA application form of NU"... Thought for a moment we are done if lots of paperwork..but guess not.. 😞 still have to go a long way it seems..
any one has got details of the bond that we are going to sign with ICICI. Does it talk only about 20 lac bond or is there any thing else like you cannot join any other banks or financial institution after resigning from ICICI
The bond will be signed only when we are nearing completion of the programme i.e. when we will be handedover the offer letter, posting details etc. I had also discussed this over with a friend who's currently with the Apr 2011 batch , n he confirmed the same.

I too got a call and i asked to send them an official mail to me for the same. Without that i am not going to send them anything, you people too be cautious and demand for same.
When the interviewer asked me if i had any questions for him, i asked him about this. And he said that not all the candidates get 15lac pa, your pay will be reasonably influenced by your grades during the course. So if some hapless chap were to flunk most of his subjects during the course, i dont see why ICICI should not show him the door.
Ha ha ... very true but ICICI has ensured a rich intake by a very stringent admission process so dont see a chance of that happening .. Also on the other hand guys with higher experience and better score during the course can actually be offerred a better package.

As already mentioned before there are many current students who are active on this thread so feel free to post your queries. Although i personally feel most of the questions have been answered in this thread already so a careful inspection will address them all. You can also join us on Facebook and interact with current and future sudents and get your answers.
Its difficult to find answers to a few questions, since there are almost 450 pages of replies to go through. So, if anyone can help me out with the below queries, it will be highly appreciated :)
1. How to prepare for the test? I mean CAT level / GMAT level / Bank PO exam level questions? Any pointers to the various sections in the papers, reference books, mock exam specific to this program would be great help.
2. For the October 2012 batch, when will the formalities start?
