Hi Kapil , I want know by when ICICI Hr will inform shortlisted candidate , only after final cutoff date or they give intimation to shortlisted candidate in between also? and how much time this entire selection process take during last batch? As you know all off us are working. and I have 90 day notice period.

Hi varun, ashish here from april 2012 batch.. shortlist candidate for written test will be intimated after final cutoff date only..
For our batch, written exam was on 22nd jan and shortlisted candidates has been informed their results via mail within a week and our interview was scheduled on 4-5th Feb and they declared the final result on 22nd Feb and our batch started on 28th April.. so u can get 2 months of time for sure..
so going by this logic your written exam will be around july 3rd week and final result will be declared around end of august and batch will start at the end of october.. so full 2 months u will get for completing the formalities
1. Are selected candidates treated as ICICI employees during the tenure of the course? 2. If they are not, then are they absorbed directly as an employee after the course or is there any probation period?? 3. I can understand that the first batch is yet to be passed out.. so there would be no clear picture about the second question.. but if there is some knowledge about it with you guys, it can help.. 4. During second year i.e. Internship, are we asked for location preference or it is purely based on the Bank's requirements?? 5. How are the specializations allotted (Wholesale banking, risk mgmt, etc).. again.. are we asked for preferences and whts the criteria used to decide the same???
This initiative taken by ICICI looks like great one and I really want to join this course....request you to please help us resolve our queries...
I will be completing 3 yrs in the middle of August 2012, so does that make me eligible for this program for October batch 2012????
Need to have 3 yrs. of work ex. as of June 31 2012. As of your case is concerned, you are not eligible. But then, I suggest you to apply for the same and the rest is taken care by ICICI officials. ATB.
1. The first thing in application it asks for a resume. Could someone please tell what should be the format of the resume. It should be a one pager ( most MBA colleges ask ) or like normal Job interview resumes which describes each and every project worked upon.
2. 3 yrs exp is required upto which month for Oct 2012 batch. I am completing 3 yrs in June itself.
There is no specific format..you can choose the one which best describes you and your achievements. You should have 3 years by October i.e at the time of joining (thats how i believ it was all the batches till now)

Why don't those who don't have 60% in grad can not apply? I am fulfilling all the conditions in respect of 10,12, work experience etc. They should give some relaxation in terms of graduation marks to those who have done PG like me.
I have applied for ICICI NU MBA. I have more than 4 years work ex in Siemens and a consulting firm. My Xth and XIIth marks are 81.3% and 69.5% respectively.
However, in B.E. Electrical, I have secured only 55.2% marks. Will they consider my application for the written test at least and then take a call on the basis of how well i perform?
