I am Prathviraj ,currently in energy sector (JSW Energy) .I have 3.2 years of work ex.I was hired as Asst Manager-1 (Operations) in 2007 from campus by ICICI .I was trained in IFBI for a month and posted as a teller in a branch which eventually I did not like.I quit within 3 months without proper relieving.I am B.E in Industrial engg and PGD in Power plant engg .Now I feel it was immature to ICICI that too within 3 months .I find this as a challenging and lucrative opportunity to get into the F&B; sector .Please suggest on whether I should proceed with the process or abort it as it is very difficult to present my case to ICICI people .Yesterday morning I received a call from ICICI HR to participate.Your suggestions are most welcome and criticism are well appreciated :)

As you urself hv realised tht it would indeed be diff fr you to convince ur case, no matter hw strong tht might be...bt the bottomline is tht you ditched thm inspite of their spending on ur training in IFBI, and to make the matter worse you didn't even complete the exit formalities properly...so i would suggest you better don't go further and hv the prospect of facing the big bosses frm the bank...they r just gonna rip off ur case...and moreover there would be many other from ICICI bank themselves who would be hving much better case thn urs and so stand to benefit frm this opportunity....you seem to hv an impressive profile and shld work on it and forget this as a bad choice...ATB

My 2 cents:
There's no reason for ICICI to think that you would ditch them twice. As you said, you didn't like the job of a teller. So you quit. Now you have an opportunity to do something more interesting. If you do get selected in this programme, you would still need to sign a bond for 20 lakhs that should keep you ICICI for 3 years at least. If I were in your position, I would prepare my case and present it well. There's always a chance that they might give you fair shot. All the best!

Many people are asking abt the time change but what i understood from my previous exp there were many people in center were coming late after their schedule time and they even allow to sit on for exam. Guys from 10 am slot were giving exam on 1 pm and so on..So I don't think time matters here but schedule date must be same that mentioned in call letter. But ya of-course better to get in touch with HR too. Best of luck guys
Aptitude is very easy , just prepare basic maths like simplae interst compund interest , strems , avarages , praportion , sistern and pipe , no need to prepare for english
