@[596627:mba1987_k] As a part of the selection process, you are required to complete a personality profiling questionnaire prior to the group discussion and personal interview. This is not a test; hence it is not used for selecting or for rejecting applicants. However, the output of the personality profiler helps us know more about your personality disposition and will be used by us during the interview process. Detailed instructions on completing the personality profiler are outlined below. 
As one of our friend in earlier post mentioned that he was told by HR that they are calling everyone for GDPI...Can we confirm the same here?
I mean, I request all of the members who are here and who appeared for Aptitude test on 28, 29, 30 July 2012, could you please post here if they have selected for next round or not, this will help us to know whether the content in the following post is true or not

I am not sure about this time... But I have seen some of my friends got rejected in written test in the previous batches.... So, I am expecting the same this time....
