From my point of view bid shud be given to BBC company as it is already experienced with the same kind of recovering for 2 companies and also guarantees 100% at 8 p.a...also it already has 5 years relationship with mighty bank.....Credit and Sonyo are comparitively inexperienced .....If we try to establish with credit by giving them the bid....we might loose the realtionship with BBC which is having a 5 year relationship already.....Please share your views....also let me know if my opinion is right 😞

Just analysed the casestudies..I think everyone will go for BBC...not only that it is already experienced but also it is showing 100% recovery..

For example:I have calculated taking small amount let us say the debt is 1 lakh

If u calculate the interest for the 1st choice..it is 56000+100% recovery..It means bank is getting 1,56,000..

For the second choice...u will get interest as 64800 but they are paying only 90%..

so 10000 is loss for the bank which is not recovered..and interst for 10000 is 5600..

so total loss is 10000+5600..Subtracting this from the recovered amt 64800,Actual amount recovered is 49200 which is less than 1st choice..same u calculate for 3rd..it will be less and loan will not be recovered although they are paying in short time..

Let me know if this is the correct way of analysis

just wondering Am I in correct way of this case study..Sometimes we think in complex for simple queries..I tried this in a simple way..I think we should really go through of Percentages and Profit loss formulaes..to get a clear idea as most of the casestudies our seniors posted are on numbers..Hope this inf help..Suggestions are most welcome..
