Yes i found it in the documents upload section......anyone else found the same ??

@[578398:amdeep] man !! must say lots of assumptions needed here !! :-)

The pickle making exercise is more laborious, more quality adherence prone and is affected my many other factors such as quality of ingredients, rise of cost of veggies with reference to inflation, more streamlined process

so these are some of the cautious point before starting this business.

If we talk about margins- 203-167 gives you 36. which implies 36*4=144 is the margin in rope business

now the missing information is what is turn around time for pickles from manufacturing to market. it must be a sizeable chunk as pickle processing time is much longer as compared to rope which is almost good to ship when it is out of processing.

Considering this fact:- if i hv to suggest then i would say yes, she should because
1. she needs money in coming time; rope money business is not having enough margins to fulfill her and her childern needs in coming time, so she needs to look for some alternatives.
2. Initially she should start pickle making alongside rope making so that when there is a balance between pickle ready to ship and pickle manufacturing for a given cycle of time, she can take a decisive turn as to whether continue with pickle making or coming back home.
3. now why she takes loan, to market the pickle product, she needs extra resource in terms of capital and man power, which can be easily procured if she takes loan.
also she can extend the existing workforce from 35 odd workers to more workers in coming time to speak in volumes.
4. market price of bottle is missing ?- so cant say margin per bottle, but by the looks of things 6 Rs margin is anyways a room to increase or cushion in bad times.
5. Plus she is getting grant which is having its own benefits and which are legitimately made for nurturing small scale business, if not enjoyed benefit of it, some of the politician pocket will be making it for sure 😃

just couple of points, but nothing substantial in terms of business so 80 % confident she should accept it !!

@[605255:Ramzz] true indeed !

that is the point, if you are converting a bad debt into good debt, positive NIM will flow in books of bank.
surely bank has raised this money at lower rate in past and given to default company.

its just now when bank has option to refinance bad debt (read it as converting NPA to debt) surely NIM will increase i think.

just a common thinking nothing from laws or books of economics... :-)

Please correct if i am wrong somewhere

@[596627:mba1987_k] 5000 grant is a different form of loan in which u are not required to pay them back . Something like scholarship awarded to the students by govt ( ex for ur understanding only )

@[578398:amdeep] where does this case belongs to ?

@[232639:balrbhar] See in terms of banking if a particular loan has gone to a write off state from doubtfull at this stage bank looks for the security attachd or say the collateral pledged for loan ( for going deeper in case no collateral is attached then the following loan is handed over to SPV ... its not needed here i suppose 😃 )

In the following case bank is in such case where to recover its debt it has gone for auction of the collateral pledged. as it is an NPA and allready bank had a loss of inerest for few years ( suppose the x shipping company took loan of 100 rs for 10 years failed to pay 5 years so bank looses its interest for 5 years right ??? " NIM is interest earned - the paid interest " so bank will consider those 5 years of dry period also brother where it paid only interest earned nothing ) hope u understand

One of the person mentioned right bank will not loose its customer at any cost ... a bit of profit here and there can do

but the older customer will bring more business and is it allready in good books of bank it can offer it to them

As i will also back Japanese only as with the profit earned plus the principal amount can be clubbed together and invested in either money mkt or lending both will bring minimum off 200 crores more than wat BBC will give

But until the bank is dynamic it will not tk this decision .

PSU Banks never :)

plz corect me if i am wrong

I think by evening we will see some people sharing their experience, as people might be busy in interview now

@[357791:shahbaaz1959] I don't see that

GOT A CALL JUST NOW FROM ICICI.....THEY ARE ASKING ALL TO BRING ORIGINAL DOCS WITH US ON TEST DAY

So finally done with GD at dehli centre.. Got cement company study case. But there were few new case studies were there for other batches like on healthcare company etc not available on any forum... (this all i heard from no of mouths at centre can't guarantee anything)

Process followed by icici guys was just waste of time... Even 8.30 guys were waiting till 11 for registraton. They wont allowed me and 5 other guys to speak for 2 mins individually. Asked for extmpre to 4 guys only and took 3 out of them.. Not following any defined process everything is random . In one of the batch they took 7 out of 10.
Just coming back to home after wasting a leave a whole day and hungry from morning 😞

@[605255:Ramzz] absolute perfect !! bank has lost the dull period interest.

Among BBC or Japanese, it is actually a little doubtful ... both has its pro's and con's.

cant say about PSU Banks, may be they know something which we don't know..

I think it is more about personal interest of commanding authority in bank, oflate there was news when SBI Q results dropped sharply just because of few bad write off to which the manager says it will improve next Q because they wont appear in next Q.
These things puzzle me as how transient can effects be that too related with money 😉

I just checked NIM is measured on QOQ FY basis, so a bank's NIM is anyways gonna up when they will auction to any company for that matter 😃

@[232639:balrbhar] Hi dont mistake me ... but she is working in a coperative right ?? so she is either in a team of 35 or team head or lead of 35 .... so thats not her work force i guess

plus

If we talk about margins- 203-167 gives you 36. which implies 36*4=144 is the margin in rope business
this calculation i wasnt able to understand
she earned there a net sal of 00 rs right .. start of ur topic was really gud but i suppose ..... kindly read once more the passage.
Please dont misunderstand me

@[472541:rockpulkit] Could you plz elaborate on the GD process. How many candidates were thr in 1 GD group and how many groups in total? How much time did it last ?

@[605255:Ramzz]

hmm that is the reason why i said lots of assumption ....

even though she is not running cooperative, she can hire them ...

just follow the bold part you will get 197

She bought the required stuff - tomatoes 8kg at a total cost of Rs.30, 1.5 l of oil at Rs.90, 40, 200 gm bottles at Rs.20, miscellaneous ingredients (ginger, garlic etc.) at Rs.57.

203 from
She had an earning of Rs.203 from this venture.

if she is getting salary , somewhere must be information for salary... but i found none..
