In the offer doc -- "Please note that all decisions with regards to your placement,compensation and ancillary issues will be in the sole discretion of ICICI bank".. These lines mean that you need to sucessfully complete the course at NU.
Just because the job and package is more or less guranateed, there could be a tendency to relax.... its just to ensure you put ur efforts in studies. A min. CGPA needs to be maintained and the conduct at univ. should be good.
Specialisation and postings at banks discretion.
