Do we need to fill all the tabs in the profile.
Be default, submitting the application will fill the first tab i.e. "Candidate Home".
Do i need to fill the other tabs too like "Personal Details", "Documents Upload" , Government references etc for initials application purpose(for written test) or these details are needed to fill after selection for April batch ? Please guide us.

I have asked this query to HR people and they said "Kindly update your profile as much as possible. Your candidature has been successfully submitted in icicicareers for NUMBA." I have filled only candidate home page till the time i received this confirmation. A friend of mine , who is currently in the leadership program, said that all other details would be required post bmat selection only.
