Gouri Shankar Sharma
BPL 3rd Batch
@998420 Hi Gouri....can you please let me know how to prepare for the exam.....or where can I look for study material......waiting for your reply.....thanks in advance

guys....there is no need to prepare for written exam of ICICI NU MBA Leadership program...everybody gets a call for GD....AND questions asked are too easy....even class 10 student can solve written exam questions....u will solve all questions correctly and still u will have time remaining....so dont worry....

@goformba13 Hey mate from where u got dis info........ ;)

Hey Guys,

All the best to you all. Well, I have just applied last night. from the discussion I see here, it doesnt matter I've been late or so. When can one expect a call for Test? I mean, how many approx days after once you applied.

@Crazy_4 Yup I marked yes.. It is not like the test/interview for IT companies where they will not give you chance for nextt 6 mnth or 1 year. You can apply to an MBA course without this restriction.
@AnshShan I was not selected in GD PI 😞 regd 95 % that is my exeprience as questions were so easy.

only for the guys applying for first time (one of my commnets after last year GD-PI):

""So finally done with GD at dehli centre.. Got cement company study case. But there were few new case studies were there for other batches like on healthcare company etc not available on any forum... (this all i heard from no of mouths at centre can't guarantee anything)
Process followed by icici guys was just waste of time... Even 8.30 guys were waiting till 11 for registraton. They wont allowed me and 5 other guys to speak for 2 mins individually. Asked for extmpre to 4 guys only and took 3 out of them.. Not following any defined process everything is random . In one of the batch they took 7 out of 10.
Just coming back to home after wasting a leave a whole day and hungry from morning ""
@rockpulkit ok thanx....

@rockpulkit That is very true .They will call almost all the people for Aptitude. They will select almost all for GD /PI round. By luck if u get selected in GD then PI will be there .That also depends some people they take 20-30 min interview and for some they will take 4-5 min interview.

I really dont know exactly wt is the criteria for the selection.

1) 4-6 year experiance?

2)2-3 good company job change??

3)Good position in existing company??

4) More than 5 lack existing CTC??

Can anybody please tell wt they r serching??

@rahul_4 1st option is most important. I met few people who got selected in PI even when their interview was bad. but they were having 5-6 yrs experience.

You will see most of such highly experienceed people from sectors other then IT where job switch options are less and work is monotonus.

Other thing I found that in GD round the guys selected in my group were most dashing people around. So at that point I felt that they were looking for some sort of sales person.

I am not much sure on these things, whole I can say is the whole process was luck dependent.

Yes surly its totaqlly a luck based thing . If u get the one who atleast listen u during interview then its possible to get in....

Why this time very few people are posting in this forum?. This is also a good option to do MBA.

Is it that few people have applied this time?

@rahul_4 I think a Since the requirement is not clear from ICICI.. I mean last time i reached up to PI . My PI was also good .Not sure ,what exactly they require. So this makes me less enthusiastic ...but anyways appearing again .

So I think that's the reason.

Venkat

@rock9star Dude no chance, I have 69.46% in 10th, 61.33% in 12th, 3yrs 4 months work ex, and 57.67 at PG level, but at grad. level I have 54.60% i.e. only 0.40% less for 55% and even then they have not shortlisted me, so I don't think you have a chance
@Virkul You are right... Me called them and they did tell me that me name ain't on the list and after knowing me score they did say me won't make it on the list... So am done with it and moved on... It's sad you didn't get selected...you score is better than mine even on a bad day...! Anyhow good luck... Cheers!
