Hi, I ve a few queries which the seniors could pls answer..1. Does the scholarship of 4.5 lacs provided by ICICI takes care of all the expenses during the course or just the tution fees.2. Are there any married people persuing this course? If yes, is there hostel facilities for them?Thanks for your time
1) 4.5lacs is the tuition fees which ICICI pays to NU on behalf of the candidate at very less RoI. ICICI gives stipend during the 2 yrs course with which you need to manage your expenses. The stipend details are mentioned in ICICI careers site.
2) Yes. There are few married guys. But accommodation is for the student and not for family.
If could please share some info about sectional cut-offs. Are the sectional thresholds too high ? if you could share some info. Expecting excellent scores in all sections but one (Lost track of time while answering a particular section).
Also, would you be issuing Scores / releasing merit list with scores for this aptitude test ? In case a particular candidate isn't selected for subsequent rounds, Can one get to know the scores and reason for disqualification (so as to rectify the same in next attempt).
I have applied on 14th Jan. I have recieved only my login details so far. I tried calling the contact numbers mentioned on page 2 of the forum but there was no response. Is anybody out there who has already registered but not yet recieved the test details.
Please suggest what should be done as they are not picking the call.
@Karthi87 ..hi ...I just have one thing to say the entire process of ICICI Leadership program tests your patience In all the possible ways..The written test is again one of those..I have given my exam in December 12 ..There is no point in calling them They wll answer You "WAIT FOR THE CONFORMATION in EMAIL"..If your profile is shortlisted you will be called for the exam ..So juss keep your fingers crossed and prepare for exam ..and check your email ..One of my friend who applied along with me in december recently received a call for exam ..He called them up several times but no appropriate response from them.. so dont worry..All the best

This is the easiest of all the exams you'd have ever given. there are indivisually times sections and apart from arithmetic the questions are very basic and invilve nominal knowledge of English. Arithmetic scetion is also easy but one needs to think fast to finish all the questions in 20 min, the good news is that will slight effort one can finish them before 20 min All the best to felloe exam takers. I wrote the exam in Chennai so queries are welcome !!
@looser82 the exam actually started in the first week of december ..I don't know when the exam was exactly started..I just now checked the mail from ICICI ..I wrote my exam on Dec 15 2012..
@Prathosh I have experience of atound 3.2 years, yes your experience was helpful. I had my exam in IFBI on RK Salai and a the time of my test there was some online class also going on in the room because of which I didn't find any exam type atmosphere and that ultimately worked in my favor by providing a zero stress home like environment Overall an easy paper, I was confused in one anology question where both vien and artery were the options. I did rest of the questions correctly ( hopefully ). I didn't find arithmetic lengthy because all the questions were solvable in 30-60 seconds per question for people with reasonable familiarity with the quant section of CAT and other MBA exams.
i heard we have 2 batches this year..one commences in April and the other in October ! Is this written exam same for Oct batch also..( like they will select few ppl and defer their joining to OCT) bcz I dont have 3yrs of exp..i will get 3 yrs exp by JUly this year...!...
@mashkoor27 - every year they start 2 batches ... April and Oct. If you dnt meet criteria for Apr batch then u need to apply for Oct batch for which window will open in near by Jun or July,thereby going through this entire selection process.
Currently, they will select for April batch only and not for Oct.
@looser82 i have registered today. after registering i was taken to page where we have to mention everthing in detail. do we have to fill it now or we can fill it later. also wanted to know when will i get the call for test date. or will they contact on phone. plz reply fast.
@rohit03 I thnk the next weekend would be last for the exams and results should surely be declared after that.Today, is the last date of registration wait for them.They would call u message u and mail u after the venue details, if u r shortlisted and meet the necessary criteria
