Anyone who has given written test @(Ardent Computech Pvt Ltd CF-137 Sector -1, Salt Lake Kolkata - 64) and got their GD/PI call?
Its very tense situation...as usual from icici..
Getting problem while uploading documents.. does anybody have any solution?

I too faced the same issue.
But I tried uploading in "Candidate Home" tab --> Attachments --> Click here to view attachments. Click on this you will be able to upload documents below 2 MB size.
If your file size is above 2 MB you can use www.shrinkpictures.com/... link to reduce the size below 2MB. This is completely safe as you can remove the file online immediately after you download it.
This is the right method to upload as once I uploaded through this method it was reflecting in the "Documents Upload Page"

@vpin3515 Thnx buddy.. I uploaded the docs... but how to upload the three salary slips.. there are no options in the list...
@NS9 - I did not upload the salary slips at all. The ICICI HR who had called me to announce my selection had told me to upload only 10th, 12th and Graduation certificate. I asked her again whether I need to upload any other document like Salary slip or something, she told there is no need as in this stage they just require only these 3 documents. But still I had uploaded the 10th,12th and Graduation Marksheets, Last Increment, DOB proof and Other Education.
Cleared Apti..gave exam on 13 Jan(Sunday)..

Yup. there are two of my friends who got their apti rescheduled on 1st and 2nd feb in Mumbai

Buddy, There is never a denial to any speculation being a certainty. BUT, Irrespective of whether you have got your result or not, I guess this analysis could have been reserved till at least 2 Feb, until all or most of the results have been declared, to not to add to the worries of those waiting for their result.
I am sorry if i have hurt anyone by posting such blog. Let me know @Whats_in_store how did i hurt people who are still waiting the results. Also I already told that whatever i am saying is just my guess so people who understand difference between guess and actual facts will not take it in a hurtful manner. Moreover if one is unable to chew hard facts how can one become a good manager.
Once more I am reiterating that I had written because someone in this blog have asked for it and it was not just written to show how I analyse things.

Hey buddy, you have taken it a way too seriously than it should have been, rather almost as an aspersion, which I certainly did not mean. One is always free to express and analyse issues but a certain amount of discretion in dispensing information timely, on a knowledge/information sharing platform is always necessary.
Surprisingly, you are contradicting yourself repeatedly by calling your analysis a speculation and guess work and at the same time hard facts ! And then, apologising as well !
Take a chill pill buddy... and .. no apologies required for something you believe in 
I request ICICI to send mails to evryone stating whether they have qualified Apti or not and should clear out all kinds of speculation...atleast they should follow some standard if at all they are competeing wid top B-school at least in terms of Package...even d way exam was conducted it showed how prepared they are..having said that..Best of luck to all who have cleared first round and i guess results are out so rather cribbing why they are not sending mails and all..we should end all speculation here and move on to other things...
@Whats_in_store - Dude Speculation or guess work is the example i gave and hard facts is the sectional cut-0ff. I think i need not brief more than this in a blog. Its understood.
