I hve a doubt..While filling Applicant profile, the previous Work Ex should be previous company or the Current one. Should we give our current company Manager details?? Are they going to call him?? Can anyone guide me through.

i AM GETTING error while uploading Documents for GD PI....help me...
I too faced the same issue. When I had sent mail to ICICI regarding this issue they told to try uploading in Internet Explorer 6 but it does not work in IE6,IE7, IE9 as well as Mozilla.
But I tried uploading in "Candidate Home" tab --> Attachments --> Click here to view attachments. Click on this you will be able to upload documents below 2 MB size.
As of now we can upload it here as I had said above, till the time ICICI fixes or let us know the workaround for the "Documents Upload" Tab Error.
If your file size is above 2 MB you can use www.shrinkpictures.com/... link to reduce the size below 2MB. This is completely safe as you can remove the file online immediately after you download it.
This also seems to be the right method to upload, as after I uploaded through this method it was reflecting in the "Documents Upload Page"
