Hi friends,

After GD PI, on the next day which is 8th Feb I got a call from ICICI HR department for PAN card details, when asked, they said they are taking it from ever1 whosoever has given interview, Pls confirm if any1else have recieved similar calls.....All details available on pan card like photo id and date of birth proof detailsbhavev already been given in some other document.....don't understand the need that too after the GD PI...

@aayan4evry1 : that has been taken to check your credit history and for other legal check..... Don't worry only those people who appeared in GD and has cleared their GD and appeared in PI were asked for these details. And than too only those were asked who didn't uploded there PAN Card details. As it was strictly mentioned on their portal. It's a mandate for everybody...

All,
Those who are shortlisted for PI can ask query regarding CTC to make it clear that there is no performance/flexible benefit included in the CTC.Just like we used to ask query during our college campus.

As we know(IT guys) that some of the companies offers package let say 4.5 lk/Annam in which 50k is mentioned as performance benefit which depends upon on your performance and company's profit.

Guys i guess the competition is really tough here out of around 300 applicants who faced PI from one center they will take not more than 15 so its 5 % ...5 out of 100 ppl will get through

@bangaloreatul Mine was at Hyderabad,there were 4 people in the panel and went for 20-25 mins...
When I the asked the coordinator about the results after interview he said it would take 5 days...
So lets wait and see....

I can say...don worry bro....there is no point in taking tension....whatever has happened has happened and can't be changed now....BUT THAT IS UTTER CRAP....Every1 is tensed....Human nature.....U SEE...

you ll not kno salary structure before joining bank dat is in 2015.no company can disclose the salary structure of after 2 years.the only thing which is known is ctc and extra hra in tier-1 cities.dats all.evdn if u ask u ll not get anything.dats y i told it ll vary from 15 to 17(for sure).
noone can say dat after april 2013 u ll kno salary structure.because it may change every year-variable n fixed.

@aayan4evry1 I appeared for GDPI on 7th feb at Hyd and got call for PAN card number on 8th. On 9th I got call to upload marksheets of graduation and PAN card copy. I asked for the reason and HR said they are collecting these docs from everyone appeared for PI.

@agarg84 I think before appeaing to the interview only we had to upload these documents or else they were asking to submit photo copy at the time of PI ...whoso ever hasnt done that i think they are getting calls to do the same .....

@bangaloreatul I'm sure they didn't asked for PAN card. For marksheet, they did asked for 10 and12 marksheet and grad certificates...now not sure if grads certificates include marksheets too....

@Ramzz hehe...how I wish it to be true....but as I said, they are collecting it frm everyone who appeared for PI....although I did well in interview but not without couple of mistakes....so for me its still dicey...
