Senior Puys: one question for you guys..

I am opting for this course hoping to take up Credit Risk roles after 2 years with ICICI..what the chances of me getting this profile..i.e. RISK in my 2nd year of the course at Neemrana? Is it based on First Come First Serve basis where I choose to take up RISK or depends on the ICICI management what they want me take up?
