IN Last batches did it happen that those persons got finally selected which didn't get CIBIL REPORT...please comment ur views if u know something...

โลน โฌลก number and asked the HR whether shortlisted candidates are getting CIBIL mails; she replied " as of now we can't say anything", that means yes, dat makes sense y will they waste their time and money to chk everyone cibil record.She also said CIBIL Chking process is not completed yet its still going on.
On the backdrop i heard " how did i get to know about cibil mail, he said that they are chking cibil so candidates would get a mail but i am wondering is our E mail id attached to CIBIL; icici is not foolish to enter our email ID; if some one chks ur CIBIL score, then the candidate gets a automatic mail; somebody throw some light on dis , how dis cibil thing works
She also said result will be out during 25 to 30 i.e. result will come in phases during these five days
so congo to all those guys who got cibil reports there are very high chances of u getting selected

how many guys got a status change?
Guys, lets not post any questions about status change unless somebody really sees it. Don't give unnecessary tension to people. As far as I know it is very clear that the status is Applied for all of us.
its sure that those who got CIBIl from them only they will select. And the thing that of status change was happens last time by mistake-it wadiscussed on pagalguy last year also who got status changed were the selected candidate.The people like me keep calling them stupidly in fullish hope that will get the call.BT it never happens.even if u do finger cross..even if u call them they will say its in process u will get mail....BT it never happens and we keep watching pagalguy posts...its v bad that they never tell truth.at least will not wait

According him Scores would be sealed on the day of interview itself;
Bank would have set an internal Minimum cut off;
They would rank us dats for sure, Interview is not an Yes or No stage
total seats are 122 to be precise which interviewer saidin mumbai on 10th jan,
16 grps were their, avg selected ppl were 4 on dat day;
as there were 2 grps from which were wiped out completelyso wild guess 60 ppl gave interview on 10thon 9 th it would be 40 guess, as HR said count on 10th was more than 9
thinterview were in 5 cities,
so assume 500 candidatesor + - deviation of 100
This CIBIL checking process is done my clerical staff in the bank; I don't know what d **** are they doing; junior staff is committing errors or wht, i have no clue
And numbers on which we call to HR clerical staff answers d fone and they have no idea about the process, dats my sense is On d day when i spoke to HR they themselves were not aware how are we getting CIBIL mails

they can easily check 500 candidates CIBIL or my guess is the selection Panel is repeatedly going through profile of candidates and taking their due course of time
If you will analyze total intake till batch 6 only batch 4 had 150 students rest had around 80; dat means they don't have fixed seats; but do have a minimum internal cutoff;if 200 clears the cutoff; they gonna take 200

May be this time process ha changed, can anybody defend on this argument
If ur guys are really curious then rather then speculating call HR and try to get some facts; and bring some authentic info on this forum which can make sense to all of us
P.S. but not think anything else and just going by selection pattern of previous two batches
yes CIBIL mail is one step closer to final destination; But no guarantee
There have been guys who didn't get any mails but got selection mail as well
