hey I got a call from ICICI Hr number sometime back and I missed it. Now after numerous efforts I somehow got their phone ringing and now no 1 is picking up! Did someone else get that too? what was it regarding?
1. Is the program worth to join (leaving company after 3 years-good onsite opportunities in the present condition)
2. Will they give 15 lakhs package surely after completion of the program?
3. How will be the curriculum in the program? Is it too hectic or tough than the other MBA programs? How it will be different?
4. If we join and want to come back after a month, for what so ever reasons(getting another college, health issues etc) what will be the consequences?
5. When they make us sign the bond? Before joining or after joining?
6. How about girls ratio in the programme? How friendly it is for female employees?
7. How will be the posting done? Will it be based on our preference or random? Is there any chance like they will post you in rural sections?

Got some information frm ex ICICI employees. Most of them are saying that its not worth joining this program. They said that the salary is bubbled and the work culture is very bad. Clearly said that if we already are in a decent job or company, then its definitely better than joining ICICI.
So guys, think before making the decision.

Tayub / Other selected candidates: Can we please make the current Facebook group as “secret” so that no one else is able to see it – I'm sure many of us have some persons on fb lists (example colleagues / bosses) – and we don't want them to know that we are a part of this group. Hi Sowmya. This is purely a banking job at 2nd grade Mgmt level. (one should not 4get that this is a private but not a public sector bank) The targets and the pressure will definitely be very high compared to the line of career u are in now. Although the package looks good, you will definitely be able to make it up in ur industry too considering the facts that u are from a very good firm, have good exp, have good onsite opps and many more ......Evaluating the merits and demerits of both, I can hardly see any good reason you should leave ur industry. Feel free to revert for any help.all the best.
