Any one got CIBIL report??
I have one question here.... why is the recruitment process not transparent !!! Everything seems to be a secret kind of process with no merit list ...
Let me explain the selection procedure as was told by Mr. Anand Krishnan one of the senior associate in ICICI bank Bangalore(Not 100% accurate but ya 80 % sure) : There are suppose 120 seats in NUMBA and let say 500 students have qualified the GD and gave interview. Now ICICI bank according to your GD and PI performance (both are included) rank all the students from 1 to 500 . Now bank picks up top 250 to 300 students and ask CIBIL department for their CIBIL report and CIBIL score both. So all these 250-300 received got a mail/SMS from CIBIL. Now based on all three performances(GD+PI+CIBIL score) students are again ranked from 1-250 or 1-300. Now top 120 students among them were finally got selected. So if you have a good cibil score and u got a mail from CIBIL but your gd+pi marks are not good then u might miss a chance and vice versa......

Hi, Has anyone asked HR if this CIBIL thing has to do anything with recruitment???
People who receive mails for CIBIL may not be in the final list and at the same time the one's who don't can be there in the list..
Just inquired from last batch people.
So dont worry , also its a phase process , few may receive it in sometime.

CIBIL IS NOTHING, BEFORE EMPLOYING us, they are confirming your credit history guys so chill.

Hi...i have total of 3.5 years of experience Of which 2.8 years is in 1 company aNd rest in other...will i be required to produce relieving letter and experience certificate from both the company?
Guys do we have count how many ppl have got CIBIL emails till date from all locations..
I again enquired with on of the ex student from previous batches. He straight away told that if you received any mail/sms from CIBIL then it shows that bank has shown intrest in your profile and ask CIBIL dept. for your CBIL report and CIBIL score. If you have not received any mail then either bank is not intrested in your profile or because of some technical impedements you would have not received any mail/sms(which hardly happens). So he clearly states that if you have received any CIBIL score that means you are 70-80 % selected and if you have not received any CIBIL mail that means hardly 5-6% chances is there that you will get selected . So it is better to prepare for the upcoming recruitment for further batches......ALL THE BEST...
Any one from Chennai center who has attended GD/PI on July 23/24 got CIBIL mail?
Hey guys i Just want to make one point if ICICI is checking CIBIL for all PI candidates than either they have all the time in the world or checking CIBIL gives them Joy
I doubt ICICI bank would do that. Anybody who has completed his school will only check the cibil for those he is interested. in last batch 95% of slctd guys got CIBIL
and if 3 guys post on PG about CIBIL than take into account that 20 would have got it as last time only 30 out of 100 guys were active on PG I think if by tomorrow, no CIBIL, than game over
by d way nebody who gave interview in Delhi Got CIBIL....please let me know if sb has got than I should focus on other things
w.r.t to HR they give the same standard answer evry time that it has no relation with selection but the result shows smthg else

aye bhai hai koi hai DIlli valla is forum pe jisko CIBIL report aayi hai ya fir kisi ko info hai Dilli candidates ko CIBIL mail aane, krupya karke margdarshan karein, Agar publicly batane main sankoch kar rahe ho to PM hi kar do. Atleast pata to lage ki Game is on or over
