@Yatin : Dear, work certificate means experience certificate showing your experience in a particular company.......Sometimes the experience is mentioned on the relieving letters, while in other cases (if experience not mentioned in relieving letter), u need to show the appointment/joining letter & the resignation letter. You can also show salary slips if relieving letter is not available
In short, you need to show some documents to prove your span of experience which you would had mentioned in the application form....
I hav only 2.7 yrs and i cleared first round.......... any issues ????

For wrk ex i am bringing photo copy of the joining letter and latest salary slip....
@rahul...wat i meant is currently each one of us mst be working sumwer, so nobdy has exp certificate whcih u usually get wen u quit from one company...so for current exp if salary slips will be sufficient den its gr8..oderwise i guess we can also get temp letter or NOC kinds of thing from org...
@Yatin : Yes, u r right..... If its your present company, only appointment letter & latest salary slip will do....

You can guess from the login id u have been given...for Psychometric test. It will give u vague idea....Like wat i can see is that somewhere around 250 (and not more than 300) people are shorlisted from delhi region....
if u know few of the frnds appearing at common center it will give u some idea...
