Can we choose another person as a co applicant?? Plz tell anyone

" The candidate will have to submit the completely filled Credit Facility Application Form, the Preliminary Credit Facility Application Form along with the list of documents with originals as mentioned in Annexure C to the in person mentioned below on 10th Oct to 16th Oct 2018. "

Here,

1. What is the meaning of nearest hub?

2. Where do all the documents have to be sent?

3. Do we have to send the photocopy and originals both of the documents to the nearest hub?

4. What is FPR/Contact Person for?

5. Do we have to go to the required place mentioned in the "List of FPR/Contact Person" and do verification in person or send the photocopy of the documents because original documents cannot be sent?

Kindly resolve my queries

Here it is mentioned august 2018 batch but it is Nov 2018 ? What we have to write, why it is written aug 2018 instead of nov18
