This is for all those who are thinking to go for Idbi Let me tell u : 1- It is NOT a PSB 2- it is a *PRIVATE BANK* I repeat PVT BANK(rbi ki site pr press release dkhlo 14 mar 2019 ki) 3- Last Wage revision 2%approx baki bank k comparison bahut kum h 4- Work pressure bahut zada h 5- U would b a sales person(bima bechoge) 6-slowest promotion as compared to any other bank be it a psb or Pvt After 5 yrs being a am u get eligible for the next promotion of manager where as your counterparts get eligible in 20months Ex Idbi Employee
