I have gone through some reviews regarding job profile of info executive... I found CSE(it is something like helping the people who comes to bank.) TSE(it is related to cashier) Sbi JA is also the same thing.. It's all about customer service on phone or even sales inside or outside... Do we call these things as good govt job.. Feeling screwed up.... Knowing the job profiles... 🤔
