Itz almost done...HR says itz not definite whether WL be called or not..no any info regarding WL candidates.Itz really frustrating.One needs one job...but that too seems too far....

Sorry, for replying late. The reason why I want to left IDBI.. I'm posted at Goa in a semi urban branch. I have to work from 9.45 to 8PM. And the timing is not the only one reason, I am working non stop and still many works are pending. This is happening because everyone is forwarding his/her work to my desk. I am already doing clerical works but as an executive has to assist the AMs, so they are giving their task too. I complained but everyone said that this is your job. If you don't complete the Job in the given time period, you have to come on holidays too to complete your remaining work before audit takes place. How one can do 3-4 peoples' work alone? And remember one thing, this is my first job and without any training, I have to be careful about everything. If any mistake occurs, I have to pay from my pocket. My branch is a highly active branch. I used to do lunch after 4PM due to the work load and no one give a shit about this. One day, I asked at 6:30 PM from my branch head that Sir, Can I leave? He told that, no you can't, you're an officer, you have to work with us till night. If your work completed, go to everyone's desk and ask for any work. If you're not going to do this then it will be difficult for me to give you confirmation for the post of AM. This is ridiculous. In such a meagre salary, what they want? After reaching my flat for which I'm paying 7,000(cheapest here), I am completely exhausted. Therefore, there is no savings, no study time and no future too. Some of my batch mate are lucky as they got the rural branch and the work load is very minimal there. They used to leave branch before 5PM. Join idbi executive only when you're getting any rural branch but it totally depends on your branch head that when he/she will let you go. Remember one thing also, Idbi is going to be privatized and everyone in our branch is looking for any other job.
